Implementation
The proper understanding of the Aboriginal culture is very important in order to carried out programs in the community. In order to achieve the set goals of the program, the consultation among aboriginal elders, health workers and working in partnership with the targeted population is necessary upon implementation of the program. According to Morley (2015), in order for a project to be successful in Aboriginal community, there are some factors that need to take into consideration in order for a program to be successful this include; facilitation of community ownership and control, embedding the culture, employing local indigenous staff, harnessing existing community capacity and its leader, implementing good governance and establishing trusting partnership.
