TLC System Summary

The TLC System (touch free Life care) has a sensor mat that is placed under the mattress which can change any conventional bed or hospital bed into a great data collection unit and analysis platform. A small network device via Wi-Fi is connected to that sensor mat and plugs right into a standard outlet and without having to touching the patient, the TLC System’s reusable; under-mattress bed sensor captures biometric trend data and transmits it via a small Wi-Fi network device to BAM Labs’ HIPAA-compliant cloud-monitoring platform. The data is then processed for analysis and reporting of trends of heart rate, respiration rate, body movement, bed exits and position changes of a patient.
