As you said Bailey, Magnet organizations show predominately less workplace incivility than other non-magnet hospitals. We have interdisciplinary-shared governance councils, quality improvement teams, and collaborative learning opportunities at the St Jude hospital to maintain its magnet status. Each department has their unit specific care delivery council to improve their work quality and outcome. We use the acronym TEAM and REHAB theme for our unit. TEAM stands for Together Everyone Achieves More and REHAB stands for Recognizing and Encouraging Habits & practice that Achieve Better outcome. Treating all members of the healthcare team with respect leads to cooperation, open communication, and teamwork, which promotes delivery of the high-quality
