In order to conduct market research, it is important to survey individuals from our school to obtain primary data. It is important to collect data at the school, as they are the consumers for the spirit wear. With that being said, it is important to collect secondary data in order to get behavioral traits to further obtain information, which can be gathered from StatsCan. After conducting a survey the results showed that 128 individuals in the business department preferred t-shirts out of the 226 candidates, therefore pricing would be relativity 15-20 dollars. To collect more data, I conducted a survey for individuals to fill out and the verdict states that most individuals prefer t-shirts, as 66.3% preferred t-shirts. The

With that being said, the idea area to place the t-shirt merchandise on wall on the side and placing all three colours to showcase the variety of colours. This will allow individuals at school to recognize the business department merchandise as they walk into the titan’s locker. Regarding the baseball cap, the ideal location to place the product would be on the mannequin, as I recall there are mannequins within the storage room. With the regard to the above mentioned, positioning the baseball cap will make customers intrigued, as most products placed within the Titan’s locker are all within typical areas. Therefore if there was a mannequin, than the t-shirt and baseball cap can be showcased on a display. This would draw attention away from the competitor's merchandise, as their placement is not interactive as what I have in mind. The cost for shipping is free for purchases over 100 dollars, therefore shipping would not be a concern. However, it is crucial to note that shipping takes 14 business days, plus 3-5 days to deliver

repurchase or otherwise continue using the brand and can be established by repeated buying of a product or service or other positive behaviours such as word of mouth advocacy (Dick and Kunal, 1994). Brand loyalty is more than simple repurchasing, however, customers may repurchase a brand due to situational constraints (such as vendor lock-in), a lack of possible alternatives, or out of convenience (Jones et al., 2002). Such loyalty is referred to as "spurious loyalty". True brand loyalty exists when customers have a high comparative attitude toward the brand which is then exhibited through repurchase behavior (Reichheld and Earl, 1990), (Reichheld, 1993). A second dimension, however, is whether the customer is committed to the brand.…
