Sywin’s way

When nothing but a cub, Hakna was nothing to his mother. He was raised in a den on the far side of the mountain. All of his wolf family including his mother, father, and six siblings, were a bright white. Hakna was black. All of his family had black eyes, not Hakna, his eyes were purple. No one knew what was wrong with him many said he was bad luck. At the day of his birth his mother pushed him into the water. He sputtered and kicked his legs, he moved his paws frantically, instead he almost drown. His father was the one who saved him. He took his youngest son and ran. Through the mountains, across the stream, then into a small den in the canyon. When he spoke he was frantic and his eyes were panicked, “This was where I was born. I was an outcast. Everyone hated me. This is true for you also. You must never go back, son. They will kill you. Do you understand?”
He nodded slowly, “Where will you be papa?”
“I will be at your side, until you are ready.”
“I love ya, papa.”
“I know son.”
He curled into his father's warmth and fell asleep. Over the next year his father taught him all he needed to know. He new how to find food, water, hunt, hide, and defend. Then one night after he fell asleep a vicious bear stormed into his cave. The rain dripped

I am stronger than him. If I kill him than the power will go to me. So that was what he believed. He was a power driven fool. I gave him life and here he is thinking about my death. I was a fool to think that Sywin could change. But I did my best. Hakna kept his back turned. Sywin came barreling into him knocking him to the edge as he laughed in his head..
