Sysco 401k Analysis

A company with the scale of Sysco is sure to offer great benefits. What I look for in a company’s benefits are: healthcare, 401k or retirement, vacation, travel, and tuition reimbursement. According to Sysco.com, the company offers all that I am looking for plus other amazing benefits. Sysco also offers a stock purchase plan which is an added bonus to help with my retirement (Sysco-Careers). Sysco offers a flex spending account, health savings account, and health and dental insurance plans as well as more of the usual benefits such as holidays and sick or bereavement leave. The importance of a 401k plan is unparalleled, that is why most companies offer them to their long-term employees (Sysco-Careers). Sysco has a very good 401k plan for employees,
