Throughout world history, many people have tried to leave their homes to go someplace better. This process is called immigration. At this time, Syrians are continuing to leave their homes because they don't support their president's actions. This has made much commotion throughout Europe. This involves letting immigrants into their countries, sickness, and the reason why all of this is happening! Throughout many years, the Syrians will deal with many challenges including sickness, death, and injury to find a better place to live their lives.
There are many problems with acceptance into foreign countries. The Syrian refugees have been waiting for months because of "Open-Door Policy". This means they wait for many months to gain citizenship into different European countries. These refugees are desperate to come to European countries because of the lack in medicine, and lots of illnesses. But some, have not succeeded. PBS News stated that there had been a shipwreck with only 28 survivors that had refuges inside. But these are not the only problems these immigrants are facing.

It all started in 2011 when a couple of young Syrian children wrote anti-government graffiti on a wall. When the government heard about this drawing, they sent those children to jail and had them tortured. With the children in jail, their loved ones had peaceful protests. Again, the government heard about this, and sent Syrian Navy officials to set fire on the protesters.
