One form of cultural ecology Syria has is environmental determinism because they still depend on the environment to provide for a lot of materials that is part of the Syrian culture. For example, most of the houses in Syria are made out of sand and dirt; also their clothes, food, furniture and other materials are made from the natural resources that dwell in their area because it’s more convenient for them and also forms their culture. When Syria first began, there were not that many people and most of them were Christian natives, but as more people became citizens in Syria.
