What is the American Dream?
According to the author in paragraph one the American Dream is for a men and women to be noticed for who they truly are on the inside. For example, everyone has an incompatible personality that illustrates the type of person that they are. Also, they should also be noticed by the amazing, unique ability they were endowed with. And the achievements they worked so diligently to succeed in. Initially, those who believe that money can buy him or her anything like cars, mansions, and their other personal belongings is not the American Dream. Clark states that “In the declaration of independence that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their creator with certain inalienable rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness,” but those rights have nothing to do with someone noticing him or her for who they are. Every human being is different in their own way, such as their opinions on life, others, and likewise. Being born with those rights has no effect on how people discern him or her in the world all they are saying is for him or her to be themselves but what makes him or her. The capabilities that he or she are born with can take you farther in life and in how individuals notice him or her is what changes the opinions of others and what can acquire him or her to be noticed in life …show more content…
Indeed, there is always work, achievements, and opportunities that lead you to contemplating like a better person. However, he or she has to prosper to mold themselves into better individuals, it would not just come to you that would be a miracle. You have to arrange for that miracle happen in your life you guide yourself to fortune and you decide on whether to enrich yourself or let yourself drop into the pit of poverty and stay there the rest of your life. only you can determine to accomplish your American
