It also outlines American citizens in the first ten amendments which is also known as the Bill of Rights. The first ten amendments were ratified December 15, 1791. The first ten amendments are: 1 freedom of speech, press, religion and petition; 2. Right to keep and bear arms; 3 Conditions for quarters of soldiers; 4. Right of search and seizure regulated; 5. Provision concerning prosecution 6. Right to a speedy trial, witnesses, etc. 7. Right to a trial by jury; 8. Excessive bail, cruel punishment; 9. Rule of construction of Constitution and 10. Rights of the State under Constitution. Out of those ten amendments, I believe the most important one that most American would pay attention to is 1, 2 and 4. The reason why I think this is every American want to be able to express their opinion/religion, most American feels that they need to have weapons in their home to protect their family and American do not like to be stop and search for no apparent
