Studies show that (Source 4). While that may be true that some people can do multiple things at one, it would be a mistake to assume that engaging in activities would not affect the driver’s performance. Indeed, doing activities while driving is a problem for drivers, but not all activities deteriorates the driver’s skills on the road. Finally, just because other multitasking behaviors are dangerous, it does not follow that it is a distraction to them but only that the driver is doing two things at once.
Therefore, if using a cell phone distracting the driver and can start accidents, then people should not use a cell phone while driving because accidents can happen anytime and people will be in horror from all the accidents especially when it's someone important to them. Certain states have to make bans on cell phone use in a car because of the increasing car accidents over the years. If people would stop using cell phones while driving then it will make a huge impact on fewer car
