Educational institutions are the true seats of learning. Someone, who is really anxious to learn, can develop healthy habits only in schools. In a school we are taught how to move in society, how to behave with others and how to progress in life. If we want to increase success in people, there must be some changes in our educational system. My community needs some help to make it a better place to live in for the individuals trying are to succeed in life. From the beginning of our learning process, we automatically think that struggle is an indicator of not being smart, low ability or smart people do not struggle (Source 4). The teachers and parents must change the view of struggle in students. We need to adapt to Eastern way of learning, where kids are taught struggle is a process of learning and it builds emotions and strength to overcome or persist through struggles. The only way you know, you are leaning is when you are struggling. Going through tough times sometime can be a good thing. We need to design the educational system by grade level rather than age, the way we can increase the knowledge and skills through talent and hard work.
