Everytime you get on the internet, run errands or just simply watch tv you see advertisements. Whether you're aware of it or not, ads are a big part of our lives. Our everyday lives have been influenced by ads.The clothes you wear, the food you choose to eat, or the new movie you wanna go see at the movies, most likely was influenced by some type of ad that got your attention. Although ads can be irritating most ads can be very helpful. Overall, advertising is beneficial to society because it improves the economy, promotes good choices, and unites communities. Also, these ads promote the use of better cars.

First and foremost, ads prove helpful because they help improve the economy. For Example in (Source D) Nancy Day states that “by paying for advertising space, companies fund most of what you read in magazines and books.” In Fact, companies that produce ads bring more money into the U.S. due to their part in foreign magazines, such as “ELLE” a french magazine that produces american ads.Also ads increasingly pays for what is on the internet (Source D), and this makes ads a worldwide site to caught consumers attention. Advertisements try to alert consumers about the safety of products and suggest a better alternative (source F). For Example, Students all across the nation learn about milk products through ads from their favorite athletes that tells us that “milk makes our bones strong” (Source C). Als, ads tell consumers about which car will fit our needs and get us to work safely” (Source C). For instance, when these commercial for the new and safe automobiles come on, there is an ad about texting and driving following it. These ads help by showing us the consequences of a bad decision.
