Where I found proof in my own experiences with Dixons explanation for the cause of anxiety, I lack a personal experience to validate Manfredis. Though his explanation may not sculpt my personal experience, it is still a highly valuable explanation and must not be dismissed because there’s proof with many others, such as soldiers who see hundreds of people die and who require therapy and different forms of treatment to deal with the anxiety they develop. But according to both Manfredi and Dixon, the true root cause for anxiety is hard to determine as there are many probable causes. But now that we understand the basic principles of where anxiety comes from, we can now deal with possible
