Depression is a state of feeling sad, a serious medical condition in which a person feels very sad, hopeless, and unimportant and often is unable to live in a normal way (“Dictionary”). You might not be aware; nevertheless, you or your loved ones might be suffering from a very serious illness. Depression is one of the many illnesses that often does not receive the appropriate treatment or diagnoses. You can be male or female, fit or overweight, rich or poor, it doesn’t matter, and depression is an illness that does not discriminate. My obligation is to inform you about; what depression is, and the different physical symptoms of depression, and it might even safe a life, your life. Depression is a common but serious mood disorder. It causes severe symptoms that affect how you feel, think, and handle daily activities, such as sleeping, eating, or working. Forms of depression are slightly different, and may develop under unique circumstances, such as:
