Though I answered a completely different question, I completely agree with your response for the symbolism of the quilt. I have always believed that women pay more attention to detail, and the unfinished quilt definitely communicates that idea. The women in "Trifles" are knowledgeable, yet are looked down upon by the men. Had the investigators taken the women in the story a bit more serious, then they would have probably gotten farther in their investigation. I really enjoyed reading your answer. Awesome job!
