The time has come for the International Olympic Committee to decide who will host the 2028 Summer Olympics. There are many options for a host city, but the best option is Sydney, Australia. In Sydney, there are many things for tourists to do in their free time, there is infrastructure already built for the different events from gymnastics to swimming, because Sydney has hosted the Olympics once already, and it is an overall safe city. Australia has been the host for two previous Summer Olympic Games. The first was in Melbourne in 1956 and the next was in Sydney in 2000. The Melbourne Olympic games was a turning point in history because it was the first summer Olympics that were held outside of the United States or Europe. The Olympics in Melbourne have been described as the “Games that took the Olympics to the World” (Corporate olympics) Australia began competing at the first Olympic games formed by Pierre de Coubertin in 1896. Most of the buildings have been updated recently so there is not a lot of work to be done in terms of infrastructure. Some of the buildings that will be hosting the events include Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre, where diving and swimming will be held. There is a sports center for the court sports that are played in the Olympics, even a whitewater stadium for the canoeing. All the beach and large water events will be held at Bondi Beach. There are also many hotels in Sydney in many price ranges so there is a hotel for everyone. A hotel that is on the higher price is the Four Seasons Hotel Sydney. This hotel is $220.00 a night. The Lower priced hotel is Vibe Hotel Rushcutters Bay Sydney which is $97.00 per night. Our budget of $17,000,000,000 will be used to build more hotels and update any other athletic arenas or
