The company that I would like own is “Ross Dress for less.” Ross is "off-price" department store that is designed to help with customers to offer nice and name brand clothing at a reasonable prices. Their prices aim to be cheaper than most clothing stores where I live. They also carry shoes, houseware and ETC. Their prices not only reasonable but their clothing items and shoes are good material items. Ross

Located in different Locations
Discounts on low prices Low cost prices
Name brand items Weaknesses: Limited Variety of items
Are limited on certain sizes
Clothes being mixed up
Threats:
Burlington Coat Factory
Marshall’s Clothing T.J Maxx
I think that all of the variation would be better suited for this organization
