The Procter & Gamble Company, incorporated on May 5, 1905, is focused on providing branded consumer packaged goods to consumers around the world. The company is located at1 Procter and Gamble Plaza, Cincinnati, Ohio. The company is founded by founded in 1837 by British American William Procter and Irish American James Gamble.
Today, David Taylor is their Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, Jon Moeller their Vice Chairman of the Board and Chief Financial Officer. Procter & Gamble stock was first listed on the NYSE on June 11, 1891.
It was sold in blocks of 100 shares and had a single share price of $100. Currently, the company employs 95,000 employees as of 2017.
