In October 2006, Sephora, a prestigious beauty retailer, started a partnership with J.C.Penney. Sephora opened stores inside of J.C.Penney to help boost the sales of both companies (source 1). Although Sephora inside of J.C.Penney (SIJCP) is owned by Sephora, they are still partially owned and affected by J.C.Penney; there is a mix of rules and regulations the store must follow. The Business Dictionary describes stakeholders as “A person, group or organization that has interest or concern in an organization. Stakeholders can affect or be affected by the organization's actions, objectives and policies,” (source 3).
