McDonald’s can execute this strategy by add Gluten free and diabetic menu, and look for suppliers who sell organic products. My second recommendation is to promote and advertise more limited-time offers, to assist in driving up sells and explore future permanent menu items. Limited-time offers are a great chance for McDonald’s to test products. For example, McDonald’s can explore other hot drinks such as specialty teas and coffees to add to its McCafe menu (Fast-food, 2016, p.7). At the same time, the expansion of new drinks to the McCafe menu could win over more Starbucks customers. Furthermore, the company could send out surveys to ask customers for their feedback and suggestions on how the company can better serve them better, in order to increase customer satisfaction. Instead of showing celebrity athletes eating a Big Mac and a large fry, the company could counter that by showing them eating healthier menu items.
