The analysis of the internal environment of the organization was carried out through SWOT analysis, where the focus was on the four perspectives that are used in strategic planning, balanced performance cards, and institutional excellence. These are the stakeholders, the financial side, the operations, and the institutional capacity. The strategy and performance was developed through a team of senior leadership and staff.
