Upon research of Tyson foods’ strength and opportunities, the company is considered successful and hold a strong foothold within its respective market in the United States and also internationally. Although Tyson is a primarily domesticated company producing majority of its product which includes various animal based proteins in the U.S, it does have production plants in a few regions around the world including a chicken production plant in china for reasons concerning infrastructure and more effective business.
