Operating procedures
The product will be made on a website called, on-time tees. Most of the of the deliveries will be done at events or it’ll be delivered through a mailing service. Not many materials will be needed. Though the online website will do nearly all the work. The website will allow us to create our product. A delivering process has not been decided. Though the most useful process will be mailing the product through a mailing service.

Creative Design/Marketing
Giselle is the creative designer and marketer. She qualifies because she is talented with designing and marketing products. Her job is to create many designs for the products and to advertise the business.
Finance/Bookkeeping
Mikala is the finance manager. She qualifies because she has experience with managing money. Her job is to figure out all the fees and the cost to make the product, for a profit, and to keep track of the finances.
Finance
Estimated start up cost would be about $200.00. That includes material cost, delivering cost and other factors. Panther Shack products will be financed by donors and supporters of Panther
