As an immigrant from the Island of Jamaica finding lunch was a constant struggle since there was not any Jamaican food available in the financial district. We noticed an abundance of other type of food trucks such as Halal, Taco, Chinese, Thai. A Jamaican food Truck was not in sight. Research shows, over the past five years, the Food truck industry has seen experience tremendous growth. Driven by budget conscious customers who are looking for unique gourmet cuisine. Based on recent data the industry has grown 12.4 % of the past five years with an annual revenue of 1.2 million (Brain, 2016). Based on the growing trend in the food truck industry my family and I decided to open our own food Truck call Irie Naymins.

Additionally, the service is quick, convenient, and friendly. Due to the dismal competition of food trucks that serve Jamaican dishes in the financial district, and the growing popularity over the past five years and the prediction of continued growth, the economic potential for the Irie Nymins is great.

To provide fast clean tasty authentic Jamaican food from our mobile truck at an affordable price to customer on the run.
Vision Statement
To be the go to lunch truck of choice for working professional while expanding our business throughout the five boroughs of New York by providing quick healthy delicious authentic well-prepared Jamaican dishes served with a warm smile.

Our meals are prepared daily with the freshest ingredients. There are many Food Truck located downtown Manhattan, however, Irie Naymins will bring a taste of the island to the financial district. Working professionals as well as tourist can purchase Jamaican Crusine Monday to Friday. We will operate from different location Water Street, Broadway on specific days in order to broaden our customer base and avoid our customer losing interest since there are so many other trucks in the area.
Irie Naymins believes creativity is an essential aspect for our customers. We also understand that customer are becoming health conscious therefore, we will prepare our meal with the freshest ingredients, while focusing on a healthy lifestyle.

Management and Organization Structure
The main advantage of operating a food truck is, it only require a few people. Irie Nyamins will operate as a partnership consisting of four equal partners. Our functions at time will overlap, however each as specific duties will. Our business have four
