Based on the Table 3. S-W-O-T Matrix, Chipotle has a huge challenge in food safety (Threats Part). They are losing many loyal consumers. Therefore, they are doing many food safety management now. For example, food inspection services, food safety training and examination, and background check of suppliers. (Chipotle’s Website). By doing all the food safety management, Chipotle would like to rebuild their prestige. Furthermore, Chipotle is creating and adding new ingredient in menu. For instance, Chorizo and spicy chicken. And, Chipotle’s Catering Service is a significant and profitable plan. The Catering Service can expand their food service in fast casual dining industry and increase Chipotle’s revenue.
