This information would be extremely helpful in presenting alternative recommendations to the state-funding agency. Individuals within the agency would be faced to tough ethical decisions to force a close of a location that displace employees and disrupt services in the community. Additional alternatives should be considers instead of closing a locations. For example, consider not giving a cost of living increase to employees due to budget cuts. Also, maybe look at reduce the location hours of operations to save money. In the end, closing a location should be the last resort.
