Our company, Chester, is a company that used 5 Functional Managers. Functional managers optimize the efficiency of a certain function and implement a strategy across their respective fields of expertise. Chester consisted of five Senior Managers: Araceli Lezama as our Marketing Manager, Steven Felan as our Finance Manager, Trey Nichols as our Production Manager, Sadaf Dharani as our Research and Development Manager, and Savita Shanthakumar as our Human Resource Manager. Although we assigned roles we mainly collaborated as a team to run the Capsim business simulation and experience how each department of a business interacts to ultimately achieve our business goal.
