The aim of this paper is to outline the dynamics of Walters Security. Walters Security’s main objective is to ensure a high level of network and information security for reach client. Customer and client information, payment information, personal files, bank account details- all this information cannot be fully restored once it has been lost or breached by criminals. The goal of this firm is developing an interdisciplinary research platform to develop a framework and provide benefits to eliminate breach-related vulnerability of information. To adequately protect this information, each member of Walters Security will be required to adopt appropriate steps to manage the security of all private information. By providing each associate with the best training, best equipment, and best amount of security knowledge, Walters Security will be able to provide the highest level of security to those whom they service. It is vital that each client's information is safe and free from mischievous acts. Chief Executive and Chief Financial Officer Walters Security will be organized with a two-fold structure. The organized hierarchy will consist of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO), which will then be followed by the Chief Security Officer (CSO). This will compose the primary structure for the board of directors within this company. The company's overall direction and business operations will rest solely in the hands of the CEO. This framework aligns perfectly with the corporate structure of most companies within this business sector. The CFO will be responsible for all the financial aspects associated with Walters Security. Primarily the CFO will be responsible for paying the staff and conducting any payouts necessary for operation. To perform these duties appropriately, it is essential for the CFO to have a staff of at least four associates to handle various aspects of Walters Security's financials. Collections Directly under the CEO, Walters Security will have a Chief Financial Officer who conducts a team that is primarily responsible for all aspects dealing with day-to-day operations, employee compensation, supply orders, and collections. This team will make up the basis of the finance department. To ensure that the firm is receiving revenue it deserves, the collections department will make sure debts are paid accordingly. Typically collections will consist of at least 3 associates who work directly with the CFO and his/her associates. General Security
