Mega bus has learnt from past mistakes of other companies that have been operating in the US transport industry. A feasibility study carried out reveled possible sources of these failures. For any business entering a new market, it is easy to avoid doing things that other companies have done to land them into problems. Social media provides a new platform to communicate with customers and formulate strategies to provide the appropriate customer requirements. This strategy has worked for Mega bus.
Embracing internet business is another step that Mega bus has taken. E-commerce makes it cheaper to advertise and communicate with the customers. Online marketing has minimized advertisement cost since no more traveling is involved. The number of staff required for online advertisement is also greatly reduced.

With Mega bus, as a student I will be assured of; discounted fares that are affordable ranging from 1 dollar; environmentally friendly means of transport; free Wi-Fi for doing my assignments while travelling or even enough connectivity for downloading movies and songs; free power points that I can use for charging my machine; a cool environment that encourages concentration on my notes even as I

The trucking industry has gone through, and continues to go through, some of the most difficult times since the Motor Carrier Regulatory Reform and Modernization Act of 1980.
