Sweater: Care Labels

My question is that did the Sweater come with a care label? I am sure the sweater did contain a care label; however I am I want to believe that the manufacturer attached care labels to the sweater because of the standard FTC clearly states. According to the FTC, "Provide complete instructions about regular care for the garment, or provide warnings if the garment cannot be cleaned without harm. Ensure that, if followed, care labeling instructions will cause no substantial harm to the product". If the sweater did not have a care label then I believe Kendra's mother could sue the manufacturer for failing to tag the sweater with the proper care label if any at all and CARDWARE for pushing and marketing the sweater without a the proper care label
