Received a telephone call pm on the same day asking for a suitable date for delivery. Arranged for Wdnesday, 1/7/15. Was then told that I would be allocated a 4 hour slot and alo that the driver would ring 1 hour before delivery within that time slot. The courier company e mailed the actual time slot and repeated the information already provided. The morning of the delivery a further call to say that the driver would be there in "half an hour". True to his word he was. I can only commend both the company and the courier on what can inly be described as outstanding service. Never heard of sweatband.com before. Would be more then happy to use them …show more content…

You or someone from your family must be available to accept delivery and sign an acknowledgement of delivery at your address. If the package appears damaged when it is delivered to you the Company advises you not to accept delivery.
