A. Introduction
We live in the era of HIV epidemic, and various types of epidemics are seen in the world. New York City (NYC) is one of the city in the United States that has highest prevalence, representing approximately 10 % of national HIV/AIDS prevalence.1 The prevalence rate in NYC is 485.9 per 100,000 person in 2012,2 estimated incidence case in 2012 as 1248,3 and new HIV diagnoses rate in 2011 as 41.6 per 100,000 persons.4 The highest prevalence rate has been seen in Manhattan followed by Bronx; with 865.3 per 100,000 persons and 645.3 per 100,000, respectively.2

In Swaziland, the HIV incidence and prevalence is highest among the young, productive generation. The highest prevalence differed by gender as well; the highest prevalence rate is observed in younger age groups in women compared with men. The highest prevalence rates were seen among the 25-29 year age group for women, with 49 %, and 35-39 years for men with 45%.5 On the other hand, HIV prevalence rate was highest among age group of 40-49 in NYC, followed by age group 30-39 and 50-59.2,8 In Staten Island, there was a slight difference in prevalence rate between age group 40-49 (335.5 per 100,000) and 50-59 (317.4 per 100,000) according to 2012 surveillance
