In this perspective, efficient use of resources facilitates the determination of the size of the global economy. On the other hand, sustainable development may be considered as a process, which enhances better life. In this case, viewing sustainable development as a process has four key objectives. The first objective revolves around the prudent use of natural resources, the effective protection of the environment, the high and stable levels of economic employment and growth, as well as efficient protection of the environment. The matrix of these issues contributes greatly to the process of sustainable development. In order to achieve sustainable development, it is imperative to set the vision, and make the right decisions regarding development (Poole, 2015). The best decision making approach is the actor-rich approach where people bring data to their heads about the possible aspects and the ideas in their mindset.
