In order to manage the sustainability of a musical festivals, negative impacts should mitigate and positive impacts must have cultivate (Stetller 2011). According to (Getz & Andersson 2010), a successful musical event can eventuate when the needs of each stakeholder are understood, common goals are identified and a satisfactory investment can be made by each. It comes up that the stakeholders holds the significant role in a musical festival of an organisation. A general manager handles the profit and loss responsibilities of the musical event company. In this event, crew will be responsible for handling stage properties such as scenery and equipment in a theatrical production. Music video directors will be responsible for storyboarding and composing a shot-by-shot vision for a music video. They must analyse the song and synchronize their video to the rhythm of its music. An event assistant will be included in this organisation who will be responsible for often needed a place like hallmarks, athletics facilities, concert halls, civic centres, and theatres.
