Sushi Xuan is a Japanese restaurant that has a gentle setting, high-quality service and a startling assortment of food. Just a drive will bring you to the location 417 Tramway Blvd NE Ste 3, Albuquerque ("Sushi Xuan"). The hours are Mondays 4:30 pm - 9:30 pm, Tuesdays - Thursdays 11: 30 am - 9:30 pm, Fridays - Saturdays 11:30 am - 10:00 pm and Sundays are from 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm ("Sushi Xuan"). Everyone is welcome, ranging from a single person to a whole family. I will be discussing the quality of the service, food, and the setting later in the review.
The waiters at Sushi Xuan are polite, compassionate and serve food with a smile on their face. The second you walk in the chefs and waiters call out a greeting. The waiters will suggest for you to take a seat in any location that you would like. At Sushi Xuan the seating is on a first come first serve kind on bases. When more time is needed to devour the menu with your eyes, the waiters do not get huffy about it. They are more than willing to wait for your decision. The first experience with the service I had was an older man who was polite and recognized my dad from a previous time that he had been there.

The first time I went I did not think it was going to be worthwhile, but I walked in and the environment of the restaurant is much better than the outside appears. The walls are decorated with art that are warm and neutral colors that just put you in a peaceful mood. In the first Sushi Xuan that I went into (which had a tragic accident that it is now no longer operating) there was a Tv that showed the different foods. Between the door and the tables was a divider to keep the customers walking in from staring at the people eating. Below the Tv was a sushi grill where the chefs create their beautiful
