At this point most of her learners know what are the teacher's expectations and how to behave in the classroom. With the older students it can be kind of review and reinforcement of the appropriate behaviors. For example, morning routine for older students can be modified by song. Based on my experience in the foreign language classroom, a song can help learner to be ready for the class. After playing a specific song students will know that they should be ready to start classroom's schedule right after it is over. Following the statement on page 20 "The less dependent the children are on unnatural prompts, especially verbal prompts, and the more they are reinforced for responding appropriately to natural prompts, the easier behavior management becomes for children". However, it may not work with younger groups of children because they can be too dependent on teachers and parents at the beginning of their learning process. Additionally, they love predictability, so implement consistent daily schedules will benefit with younger children.
