In the article titled “5 Habits of Effective Communicators”, author Susan Tardanico presents five key communications habits that should be the focus of mastery for anyone in a leadership position. Of the five habits presented, I will discuss the following two: Making the complex simple; and listening with your eyes as well as your ears.
