Susan Rothenberg
I chose to write about Susan Rothenberg she is a very influential artist. She was born in Buffalo, New York in 1945. In 1966, she graduated from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. In 1967, she went to Washington DC and studied at George Washington University and the Corcoran Museum School. In 1969, she moved to New York, she met and married sculptor George Traka’s from 1971-1979. The couple has a daughter, and her name is Maggie, she was born in 1972. Susan Rothenberg married the artist Bruce Nauman in 1989. Her relationship with Nauman, another prominent artist, has impelled more associations with Georgia O’ Keeffe, because of her relationship with Alfred Stieglitz. Her first solo exhibition
