For example, Susan used unethical practices to meet the target profits for the division she is in charge of. However, Larry refused to propagate the action because it was a breach of cost ethics. Despite the ethical dilemma, the stakeholders could have engaged in a dialogue that would have promoted business ethics and saved the military contract from cancellation and gained the company an even bigger profit. Also, the management should have set up a meeting with Susan and really to hear all their concerns about this dilemma and to find a solution that fits everyone.
