Imagine, you’re on a plane and the plane’s turbines explode. The plane suddenly crashes into the water. You somehow make it out alive and wake up on a deserted island. What strength would you need? Physical, Mental, Emotional? You may need them all, but what’s most crucial? Mental-why you might ask, let us explain.
We believe that mental strength is the most important in survival situations. Let us revisit the previous dilemma; if you did end up on a deserted island, sure you would need all three strengths, but mental strength is by far the most important, in our opinions. The more you believe you can do something, the more likely you are to successfully do it. Therefore,
