According to the survey results it appears that if the company simply changed the design of the product from the original 48-oz carton labeled “Ready to Drink Coffee” to a much more moderate day 12-oz poly paper hot cup labeled as “Ready to Go Coffee” that also includes two creamers, four sugar packets, and a stir straw then it should increase sells. The company’s choice to design the cup with a eco friendly poly paper came from recent SurveryMonkey that says “ 35% of people are willing to spend more money on products that are better for the environment” and also it will make the product microwaveable. The company should decide to sell this product at a lower cost for the costumers survey shows that 52% of the company’s consumers are willing
