Good afternoon Susan,

We were contacting you today because we need an updated address, phone and email for your husband Robert. We tried to reach him via email with no response. We also mailed him a letter last week and have not heard back. We were notified that he is no longer at the law firm Surratt Law Practice. If you can contact him or provide his new contact information we would really appreciate it. At any point a member moves or changes firms the State Bar of Nevada and Nevada CLE Board should be notified right away. I’ve attached both of our Change of Address forms for you above. Please provide his current information so we can both update our records.
