Surgical Procedure

Decent Essays

Organization skills start by asking yourself questions that will help you plan: What is the target tissue structure? What equipment is needed for the planned procedure? Will there be tissue samples taken? What specialty instruments are needed for the surgery? What surgical approach will be used? What medications and solutions will be used intraoperatively? Theses are some of the basic elements for preoperative case planning, while enhancing your organizational skills, as well as increase your ability to anticipate the technical requirements of the procedure.
