Mr. Miller met with Evaluator (D. Hudson), VR Counselor (M. Hathorn), and Supportive Employment Counselor (M. Lovelace) to discuss supportive employment services. Thusly, the supportive employment counselor informed Mr. Miller about the purpose of supportive employment services and what benefits are offered. He continued discussing the benefits which includes his inclusion in the community, job placement in the competitive employment, and a job coach. Mr. Lovelace explained that role of a job coach and he provided examples of their roles for job interviewing, assisting with preparing resumes, assisting with explaining the employee’s job duties in ways he or she can understand.
