Entry: My mom thinks I'm depressed. She and my doctor insist on making me go to support group. Uhhhhhhh. But I don't want to, I want to explore, get a fake id. But they are NOT helping with that. Finally I agree to go to that support group. My mom drives me there tells me to make friends and sends me on my way. So I get to support group and I practically run over this (cute) guy on my way in, then I go to the bathroom to fix my hair, and go sit down. Patrick, the group director goes around the room and lets people tell what they have. When it gets to Patrick he tells us about his cancer, (he almost died). Then its Isaac's turn. He tells about how he is blind in one eye and he is going to get the other one taken out so he will be completely …show more content…

Then he said “ Dear Augustus Waters…” HE TRACKED DOWN PETER VAN HOUTEN, He tracked down his assistant actually, but same thing. So I decided to write to him. “ Dear Mr. Peter Van Houten…” Me and Augustus talked on the phone for Awhile then i went to sleep. Augustus texted my on Wednesday, “ Isaac is out of surgery”. The door opens and it is his assistant, Lidewij. Peter doesn't want to meet us but Lidewij makes him. It was actually Lidewij who made this all happen, His whole floor is covered in unread letters. I Came here because i wanted him to answer some of my questions about The Imperial Affliction. So far he was being mean, but i keep my cool. He said,“Us adults pay for your treatments, for our oxygen machines. We give you food and water though you are unlikely to live long enough----”.Lidewij stopped him, “PETER”. We Demanded for answers but he wouldn't give them to us so I stormed out. The next day gus took me outside to talk. He said he had a PET scan before we left,”It lit up like a christmas tree Hazel”, He says as we both start crying,” I’m so sorry Hazel.” So we just sat there, staring of into the distance.
