I consistently show support for the Sargento vision and values. I will do the right and best thing for the organization, even if it compromises my personal goals, or requires going the extra mile. I use my positivity and enthusiasm to encourage co-workers at Sargento and co-packers to move in the same forward direction to complete common goals. While working with co-packers I try to exemplify Sargento vision and values tailoring the message to different groups and different circumstances, sometimes uncooperative, to complete goals.

I understand my job description and duties and have the proper knowledge to complete tasks correctly. I take care of my responsibilities with minimal supervision because I know what I need to do and how to do it,

If a new or better suggestion is made I am willing to adjust my approach adjust my approach whenever a better suggestion comes up. I am receptive to change and willing to take calculated risks or switch gears when needed.

Sorted through documentation so only necessary documents are moved for an efficient implementation of Co-Pack into DevEx.
I have help implemented a couple co-pack practices that did not utilize SAP into creating and implementing them into SAP. I have worked with quality systems and IT to gather necessary data needed to install the automatic delivery of COAs and the implementation of Co-Pack incoming inspection into QM.
For the automatic delivery of COAs I put together a list of products and customers who require COAs from co-pack items, and their attributes. Trained in SAP functions to enter necessary information for COAs and to send them out. I have been working through transition from manual to automated, communicating any issues to quality systems that arise and working towards a full implementation.
For Co-Pack incoming inspection into QM I have shared the current incoming inspection process with quality systems and IT to develop a plan to implement it to QM in SAP. Have put together samples and mock incoming inspections for SAP to use in developing the plan. Put together a list of all attributes to be inspected against for all co-packed
