Supplemental Instruction Leader is a great job opportunity for us undergraduate students to acquire leadership experience. It is an opportunity for us to gain experience leading and strengthening our communication, public speaking, and teaching skills. Last year, supplemental instruction helped me get a fair grade in Calculus I. I was really inspired by the idea of supplemental instruction and this motivated me to apply.
