1. 8 years of workplace harassment, profanities, and belittling by working under supervisor.

Complaints made to HR about supervisor harassment by department employees against this supervisor. I personally wrote what was suppose to be an anonymous confidential complaint letter.

2. Company does an investigation on supervisor due to multiple harassment complaints.

3. Supervisor tells me he hates me and my car, and that all my degrees are worthless.

4. Supervisor retaliates when he finds out I wrote the letter. My car was being vandalize daily at work.

5. Supervisor threatens to fire me if I request surveillance camera footage and makes me sign a blank write up sheet or else I would get tired.

4-14-17 I meet with supervisor he tells me why don’t you go to the job fair coming up to apply for a full time position. I mentioned to him if he could put in a good word for me about my job performance when prospective employees call. He responded “what about the letter” (Must merge our

This is your last chance, come out here and talk to me now or things will not turn out good for you. Also, my supervisor claims I was going to blow up Charter, plan to purchase a firearm with other employees at the workplace, and stalking his wife. All of these claims are all false accusations. I believe that this is a hate crime and was planned maliciously by Charter and my supervisor to retaliate against the letter I wrote a year ago and to defame me. These allegations were pulled out of the employee handbook as a way to ruin my reputation, chances for future employment, and was the only way my supervisor could conspire to have me fired. Coworkers are afraid of retaliation or loss of their jobs. He is not the victim, I and my coworkers
