1. How would you describe their ability to accept and implement change?

Excellent, all the time that I had the chance to work with her, as a supervisor and the as her lead worker she was engaged in projects with positive attitude.

2. How would you describe their communication style?

Excellent, she has very good soft approach, however, clear. One important characteristic of Maria is that she actively listens and interact with respect.

3. How would you describe their ability to coach?

She is very well policy and programs knowledgeable and has many years of work experience. These two characteristics make her an excellent coach. Many times she took the initiative to help her two lead workers helping coaching new employees, and have not heard

How well do they relate to peers? Manager & staff?

I never witnessed any problem with a coworker, other than some few disagreements about some policy or procedure interpretation, but always in a very professional way. While I was her supervisor and lead worker, I never received any complaint against her. She is very professional.

6. How would you describe their engagement skills?

Excellent. She has always a positive attitude and is participatory. In meetings she ask good questions. When a new project needs to be implemented, she not only committed her participation, but she voluntaries to do extra work.

7. How would you describe their ability to receive feedback?

This is another of her best qualities. She received feedback in a very respectful way, carefully listening, and what is most important, with positive attitude. I have notice many times she has follow through my recommendations.

8. What are their key accomplishments or impact on the organization?

Her attitude. She always showed to the team excellent customer services and professional relationship. She showed by example how to improve the team’s morale. She was always available to help the team, and not only the case manager team, but HSS1 and HSS3 as
